A house keeper is on property to assist as well as a handyman for maintenance. Upon departure day the guestroom is electronic closed and housekeeping restores the room for arriving guests. There is a washer/dryer area for guests use as well as a small kitchen pool side empty dining room for guests snacks. Very private.
